Qualifications to become a member include:
- Total annual* giving of $3,000+
- To sustain your membership, make an annual* gift of $3,000+ each year.
Membership level benefits include:
- Welcome letter
- Web listing/recognition
- Invitations to annual social events and fundraisers
- Complimentary stewardship events (virtual and/or in-person)
- Print and digital copies of the Foundation’s annual Impact Report
- Annual update letter from the CEO (member exclusive)
*Fundraising event support is recognized separately and would not qualify.
Pillars of Prevention and Early Detection
Qualifications to become a member include:
- Have a total lifetime giving to the Foundation of $100,000+
- Continue making an annual gift of $5,000+ to maintain your membership society status.
Membership level benefits include:
- Branded welcome gift and letter
- Web listing/recognition
- Priority invitations to annual social events and fundraisers
- Complimentary stewardship events (virtual and/or in-person)
