Paul brings 30 years of consulting and technology expertise on a broad array of projects in the private and public sector to his management of complex digital projects.  Complementing his technical expertise with financial planning, budgeting and project management skills, he led several priority accounts (Treasury, FDIC, Small Business Administration) for Guidehouse before transitioning to his current role as Digital Services Lead.  His expertise includes IT services, systems modernization, cloud migration, program management, business process re-engineering, and strategic planning. In his various roles at Guidehouse, Paul has used his vast experience and diverse technical, financial and management know-how to lead projects in the Financial Services and Technology consulting space.  Having started his career in a large professional consultancy, prior to joining Guidehouse, Paul spent a decade in the banking sector, including time at a large, global bank.  Mr. Phaneuf is married to Lisa and has two children, Dylan, age 23, and Jason, age 20. He lives in Leesburg, Virginia and grew up in Fairfax County. He and his wife both attended Clemson University and are big Tigers fans. Mr. Phaneuf also enjoys playing golf and going to their other home in Charleston, SC.
