皮膚ガン, which includes basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas, as well as melanoma, is the most common cancer diagnosis in the U.S. and is one of the most preventable cancers.
月に一度、疑わしいほくろがないか皮膚をチェックし、異常があれば医療提供者に報告することが重要です。
The ABCDE rule:

ほくろの片側がもう片側と一致しない
B注文の不規則性
The mole is uneven in shape with jagged, notched or blurred edges
Ｃolor
ほくろの色が均一ではない
だiameter
ほくろの直径が6mm以上（鉛筆の消しゴムくらいの大きさ）
えvolving
ほくろの大きさ、形、色、高さに変化があったり、新たな症状（出血、かゆみ、かさぶたなど）が現れたりした場合
If you have darker skin tones
Skin cancer can be harder to identify on darker skin tones as compared to on light or fair skin tones. If you have darker skin, it’s a good idea to have your skin checks done by a health care provider, like a dermatologist, who is experienced in identifying skin cancer on all skin tones and knows what to look for.
