Legislative update:

The Prevent Cancer Foundation strongly supports the bipartisan Nancy Gardner Sewell Medicare Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act (H.R. 842/S. 339), which has now reached a historic milestone with passage by the U.S. House of Representatives and now advances to the U.S. Senate for consideration.

With more than 400 cosponsors across both chambers of Congress, this legislation has earned unprecedented bipartisan backing. .

This pivotal legislation is championined by Representatives Jodey Arrington (R-Texas), Terri Sewell (D-Ala.), Richard Hudson (R-N.C.), Raul Ruiz (D-Calif.), Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-Iowa) and Robin Kelly (D-Ill.), along with Senators Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), Michael Bennet (D-Colo.), Tim Scott (R-S.C.) and Ron Wyden (D-Ore.).
