IMPACT GRANTS
Community Projects
Cancer is one of the top five leading causes of death in rural America, and rural residents have higher cancer death rates than urban residents. To reduce these disparities, we invite applications focused on cancer prevention and early detection in rural communities from organizations located in the communities they serve. All cancer types are eligible.
- Applications must focus on community impact and address specific needs and barriers for cancer prevention and early detection in rural areas.
- Applicants must be located in rural communities.
- Applicants must have annual operating budgets between $1 million and $8 million.
- Grants will be awarded for two years at $50,000 per year, for a total of $100,000.
Check back here on April 8 for more information or join the community grants program mailing list to be notified when application materials are released.
