预防癌症基金会历史

庆祝我们走过的路，致力于我们未来的目标。

1985 年，卡罗琳·“博”·阿尔迪格怀念已故父亲爱德华·佩里·理查森，于是她开始着手一项使命。她创立了 501(c)3 非营利组织预防癌症基金会®，希望帮助其他人免受癌症带来的痛苦和折磨。

“每个人都专注于‘灵丹妙药’，每个人都专注于寻找能够治愈癌症的方法。人们认为这就是解决方案——治愈方法。预防并不是主流，”阿尔迪格说。
