2026 Prevent Cancer Dialogue

Le 2026 Prevent Cancer Dialogue: Community Impact Through Collaboration will be held in-person May 7-8, 2026, at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, Virginia.

The schedule is packed with exciting opportunities for participants to immerse themselves in information-rich presentations on topics important to our field, facilitated conversations, relationship-building and more. Participants find the best results when they bring the “Dialogue” back to their communities or workplaces and take actionable steps to make a difference.

This year’s planned topics include:

  • Current trends and looking ahead at prevention: discussions to include multiple topics from dietary recommendations to genomics and precision prevention
  • Innovative successes at the community level
  • Harnessing AI tools to address patient populations and gaps in care, and patient perceptions as this technology progresses
  • Expert-led workshopping sessions
  • Landscape and direction of early detection, including interventions such as multi-cancer detection, molecular residual disease and biomarkers
  • Current advocacy and policy issues
  • State of the science overviews in breast, lung, colorectal, HPV-associated cancers, and Hepatitis B, C and liver cancer

Le Dialogue sur la prévention du cancer brings together a diverse group of partners to discuss the latest advances in research, policy, practice and programs in cancer prevention and early detection. Experts in the field give timely and enlightening presentations on trending topics with opportunities for discussion and peer-to-peer conversations among participants. Participants take Dialogue learnings back to their communities and workplaces to enhance or expand their work.
