If you don’t have health insurance, there are a variety of resources available to help you locate free and low-cost medical care in your community.

You can also contact your local hospital or health care facility to ask if they offer routine cancer screening, testing and vaccination through their foundations or outreach programs (including mobile testing).

If you have health insurance, most private insurance companies and Medicare and Medicaid cover the costs of certain routine cancer screenings, as required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and/or other legislation. Talk with your insurance company to determine which services are covered for you.
