Lisa Berry Edwards

Lisa Berry Edwards has been at the Prevent Cancer Foundation since 2014. In her position as Managing Director of External Affairs, she oversees the Foundation’s communications and works to spread the message of cancer prevention and early detection. She has a passion for prevention and won’t stop until everyone has the information, tools and resources they need to take charge of their health! Please do not tell her about any typos on this site—it will haunt her dreams.

Previously, Lisa worked for the Council for a Strong America, a nonpartisan nonprofit, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University (GO ORANGE!). She lives in Maryland with her husband and sons.
