Courtney Moore serves as the Senior Manager, Human Resources at the Prevent Cancer Foundation, where he leads human resources strategy and partners with organizational leadership to strengthen workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources and operations across nonprofit and corporate sectors, Courtney brings extensive expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development.
