“I Love My Boobies!” wine: a new partnership between Montana Winery and the Prevent Cancer Foundation
Winery to donate 10% of wholesale revenue from each bottle
ALEXANDRIA, VA – Montana Winery has partnered with the Prevent Cancer Foundation to make a difference in the fight against cancer with their new “I Love My Boobies!” wine pairing.
The wine pairing, which includes both a red and white blend, is being sold online and at select retailers in Montana. The online cost for the pairing is less than $40, and for each set purchased before November 30, 2016, the Winery will donate $8 to the Prevent Cancer Foundation.
The label for “I Love My Boobies!” features the Booby bird, known for its signature red or blue feet. Bill Weaver, Vice President of Marketing for the Winery, said the concept for the name and the label came first—from there, it seemed like a natural fit to partner with the Prevent Cancer Foundation and donate a portion of the profits to cancer prevention and early detection.
“Everyone that looks at [the wine] has a smile on their face,” Weaver said. “Especially the women.”
The red blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. It has notes of blackberries, cherries, leather and white pepper.
The white blend is comprised of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion. This blend has notes of peach, pear, apricot, pineapple and jasmine.
“Not only will this wine pairing help fund important research and education, it will also help spread the word about the critical importance of cancer prevention and early detection,” said Jan Bresch, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Prevent Cancer Foundation. “We are proud to be collaborating with Montana Winery on this innovative effort.”
