Online registration will be confirmed by e-mail at the time of registration. All mailed or faxed registrations will be confirmed within two weeks of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
Cancellations and Refunds
If an attendee cancels for any reason, a refund of the registration fee will be given, less $25 for administrative costs until close of business on Monday, March 20, 2017. After Monday, March 20, 2017, a refund of 50% registration fee will be given.
NOTE: An attendee who does not cancel by e-mail to email@example.com and does not attend the conference will be considered a “no show” and will not receive a refund for the registration fee.
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, this event can be cancelled by the Prevent Cancer Foundation and the Foundation is not obligated to refund any expenses that attendees may incur.
