A sunburn at any age can increase your risk for skin cancer, the most common cancer across the United States. That’s why it’s so important to make sure your kids lather up with a minimum SPF 30 sunscreen whenever they are outside this summer. This article has some very good advice, and it should be read by all parents. The sun is the source of all life, but in too much doses it’s dangerous. Especially for a child.

I really need to look into this. My kids are so bad when it comes to skin care. I need to start taking better care of their skin.
