Dialogue For Action State Level Digests

A state-level digest is a record of the Dialogue for Action™process in a state, from the beginning of planning through outcomes activities in the year following a state’s Dialogue summit, based on evaluation data collected at several times throughout the process. The digests are produced by Foundation staff working with Dialogue teams in the states.Dialogue summits were convened in Utah (2002), West Virginia (2003), Arizona (2003) and Michigan (2004) before the digest project was initiated.

The Dialogue for Action™ model has been applied to other cancer issues. In May 2007, Utah hosted the first-ever Dialogue for Action™ on Ovarian Cancer with emphasis on earlier detection and optimal treatment for women with ovarian cancer. Click here to download a PDF version of this digest.
