Dialogue for Action™: Right-Sizing Cancer Screening
March 20 – 21, 2014 (Pre-conference Sessions on March 19)
Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel

It’s time to start thinking about Dialogue again! The Prevent Cancer Foundation’s annual national Dialogue for Action™ has a reputation for initiating positive change in cancer screening and is committed to realizing its lifesaving potential for all communities.

New with Dialogue in 2014:

  • More personal time with dynamic speakers
The conference has added structured time for informal dialogue – extending beyond presentations, conversations and break times – with a few of Dialogue’s captivating speakers.
  • Networking taken to the next level
Dialogue is already known for its networking and this year it will be even better thanks to the addition of a new resource networking guide. This tool – plus Dialogue’s social events – allows you to easily renew relationships or start new ones with cancer-screening advocates and professionals from diverse fields and maintain contact with them throughout the year.
  • Focus on cancer survivors
As tremendous advocates for cancer screening, survivors provide Dialogue with a vital and unique perspective as panelists as well as attendees.
  • Fresh topics and conversations
Speakers, panels and discussions will cover conference themes, including ideas for closing the gap on disparities, updates on current community programs, right-sizing cancer screening and more. Our closing discussion will be on “mHealth” because we know that mobile health applications are quickly transforming the medical landscape and changing the way patients monitor their health and interact with healthcare providers.
  • It’s not over when it’s over
After Dialogue, Prevent Cancer will debut a three-part podcast series on the hottest topics in cancer screening available for continued learning.

Why should YOU attend?

  • Cutting-edge information on cancer screening.
  • Panels with engaging and relevant Q & A sessions.
  • Dynamic in-depth conversations on key topics facilitated in small groups.
  • CMEs, CEs and CHES credits. Learn more.
  • Concrete tools to use back home in your workplaces and communities.

Registration opens December 12! In the meantime, check dialogueforaction.org for updates on speakers, new activities, sponsors and more! You can also follow us on Twitter (@PreventCancer). Be sure to use #Dialogue2014 whenever you tweet about the conference. Looking forward to seeing you in Baltimore!
