Charitable Gift Annuity

A gift annuity is a simple contract between you and the Prevent Cancer Foundation, which provides income for you and for the Prevent Cancer Foundation, with excellent tax savings. Make a gift of cash, stocks, bonds or life insurance and we will pay you a specified annuity each year for life. The annuity income is a percentage of the total donation and is based on your age at the time the gift is made. It provides:

• Income for life for you, part of which is tax-free
• Immediate income tax charitable deduction
• Reduction of capital gains tax on sale of gifts of appreciated property
• Elimination or reduction of estate tax
