There’s nothing wrong with taking a week off from your normal workout routine while vacationing, as there are plenty of ways to stay fit and feel good even when there’s no gym to be found. In fact, a week with limited exercise will most likely have little effect on your overall fitness and health, as long as you are diligent in returning to your regular exercise regimen afterwards.
